Tribeca Residential Townhouse
Totaling 1600 square feet, this five-terrace residential project was designed and installed for an international couple with young children. Each terrace has a different theme which is integrated into the design as a whole. The spaces include a green roof, an outdoor kitchen, a children's play area, and a vegetable garden.
With so many spaces containing multiple purposes, the project provided numerous challenges including the aesthetic challenge of integrating the various terraces while staying within budget and matching the client's needs and vision.
The building itself was designed by acclaimed architect Winka Dubbelbam.
