Park Ave Commercial Terrace

This 3700 square foot terrace is situated primarily on Park Avenue. The corporate headquarters for a hedge fund, the space was designed to give it a feeling similar to the acclaimed High Line. Along with the planters, a green roof, new paving, and a glass railing was all installed to fully evoke this natural feeling.
