High-Line Residential Terrace
With this grand 1400 square-foot blank canvas, we had the opportunity to orchestrate the design and installation of this private terrace from start to finish.
A natural transition of "rooms" was established by custom modular planters and wood-look porcelain pavers, breaking up the long stretch of the terrace into comfortable, defined spaces.
This design featured custom kitchen cabinetry with a hand-crafted metal backsplash, an outdoor shower, and daybed area partially enclosed by trees for a sense of privacy.
Naturalized plantings mirror the lush greenery of the High Line walk below, and tall trees frame the panoramic views at every end of the terrace.
