Lai Landscape Design, Inc., this 800 square foot residential penthouse terrace includes a faux lawn, a top-of-the-line grill, and a pergola with comfortable seating that can be used for relaxing or casual dining. The birch trees provide a screen from neighboring buildings, while the ivy on the walls and lush plant material in the planters create a sense of being in nature just outside the terrace door.
